I am incredibly proud to share that The Indiana Project has successfully completed its 4th round Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) training program for 20 candidates from Ethiopia and 7 from the United States.

Over the past three months, these dedicated participants have completed rigorous training in financial markets and are now taking the next step toward earning their SIE certification: an important milestone in their journey into the securities and capital markets industry.

This achievement reflects the power of collaboration and the belief that access to high-quality financial education can transform lives and create new opportunities across borders.
